Booking Conditions
•For transfers or chauffeur services up to €500, full payment is required in advance by credit card (via secure link) or bank transfer.
•For transfers or services exceeding €500, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Important: Payments higher or lower than the agreed amount will not be accepted. This policy helps prevent fraudulent transactions and ensures all payments are traceable and legitimate.📌 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by email.Cancellations, Withdrawals & Refunds
More than 15 days before service: full refund of the amount paid.
Between 5 and 15 days before service: refund of 50% of the total paid.
Less than 5 days before service: no refund will be issued.📍 Refunds are processed within 10 business days through the same payment method used for the bookingPayment Security & Anti-Fraud Policy
All transactions are handled securely through verified banking and payment systems. Any attempt to send an amount greater or lower than the agreed total will result in an automatic refund and cancellation of the booking.
